Nice studio, teachers and staff but they cram you in the back with everyone else if you use Class Pass. Just fyi. Shame bc rest of the studio is relatively empty.
Honestly, I love yoga. I do really enjoy the workouts at YJ Weston. So 5-star to the workouts. The ladies at the front desk are also always so nice and kind. What I don’t enjoy is how close the mats are to one another or how other members may not be centered to their number in front of or behind you. When sweating, I don’t want to be touching other people and vice versa. Certain poses cause that to happen (shoulder stretch, frog, etc). Yoga Joint Weston is hands down one of the best fitness studios around! From the moment you walk in, the front desk team makes you feel so welcomed and right at home. The energy is always positive, friendly, and inviting. The FIIT classes are incredible, challenging, motivating, and such an amazing workout. You truly feel stronger after every session.
