The place is very clean they provide you mats for rental and towels to wipe your face for free. There’s water also available and lockers. The actual room where you work out is very clean with a lot of space and also heated for the extra sweat that you need.
Vanessa is an amazing instructor , she’s the reason I keep returning back ! Best Energy and Vibes in her class !
I really enjoy all the FIIT classes! All teachers are great too in my opinion My one conokaint is there have been a couple times we start class late because the instructor gives time for late comers to get set up since there may not be a another class right after and that stinks because I book a class at a certain time to leave at a certain time to get to appointments. That does not stop me from returning though because it’s a great work out!
Love this place. Starts off my day feeling healthy, refreshed and so challenging. Addicted!!❤
