Been a member since the beginning of 2026 Elena the girl at the front who’s job is to ANSWER PHONES not give attitude what’s the cherry on top to me canceling my membership.. all the other girls are very very sweet only down side too is if you want to cancel ur guest on the app u can’t you have to call and they never answer. Another reason to not want to join the studio
Do not fall for the bait and switch on their website regarding the free class. It's only for locals. Other than that, super clean establishment. Class was good.
As a recently joined member, and previously having visited only the Doral location, I wanted to visit this location of this growing franchise which has only been open about a year, and I was equally pleased with how the vibe and design were (very similar to Doral location), and how warm, friendly, and helpful the staff was! Samantha, Alicia, and Patty were welcoming, sweet, and helpful (as they are in Doral).
