As a recently joined member, and previously having visited only the Doral location, I wanted to visit this location of this growing franchise which has only been open about a year, and I was equally pleased with how the vibe and design were (very similar to Doral location), and how warm, friendly, and helpful the staff was! Samantha, Alicia, and Patty were welcoming, sweet, and helpful (as they are in Doral). FIIT class is an intense experience. Get ready to burn and sweat. It is a full body workout that gives you the most bang for your workout in 45 minutes. If your goal is to get fit, Yoga Joint is the place to go.
If you go at least 3x per week, you will see results, I promise. I am so happy they opened near me!
