FIIT class is an intense experience. Get ready to burn and sweat. It is a full body workout that gives you the most bang for your workout in 45 minutes. If your goal is to get fit, Yoga Joint is the place to go.
If you go at least 3x per week, you will see results, I promise. I am so happy they opened near me!
I had to cancel my membership for health reasons and it was extremely difficult. Once I finally was able to cancel I was STILL charged for an extra month per their “cancellation policy” I was told a manager would call me since there was nothing the employee could do for me, still waiting to hear from a manager weeks later. Save your money, don’t get scammed
