It doesn't get much better than this...such an amazing venue and the weather cooperated this morning. Becky's gentle voice and cues were calming and helped me to reflect. She made it easy to move from pose to pose with her cues. The unexpected slower flow allowed me to go within and reflect. Felt much like a moving meditation. Such a great experience. I can't wait to do this again.
