This 75 minute class will start with a brief meditation/philosophical opening and move into a slow to moderate-paced flow. Intertwining movement with breath, we will open our hearts, create heat in the body, stimulate the brain & rejuvenate our well-being. Postures are always guided to offer modifications and variations for the very beginner to a long-time practitioner. We will close with savasana/brief meditation.

Ceiara is the best yoga instructor I’ve ever had. Her classes are wonderful for all skill levels. The location is perfect. Surrounded by shady trees and a lovely creek, it is an ideal way to connected to nature.

The peace, joy, and togetherness this class has brought me makes me feel more connected with my highest self. I’m so grateful for Cece’s instruction and finding this little gem. F... read more
I have been twice to yoga in the park and loved it both times. I came away with such a great feeling of peace. It is a fantastic experience.
Such a sweet, welcoming class with a steady flow that fits all levels. Tess is a friendly, observant instructor. I like that it takes place in late morning.
