Katie is a wonderful instructor, who can teach a class that both beginners (like me) and experienced students find challenging but not impossible, always giving us that next level to push ourselves to our personal limit and grow.
I cannot express how much I love the classes. They cater to all skill levels and eagerness to grow. Will definitely be back again to continue my progress. Thanks again!

Katie's class is great! I was having some lower back issues and asked Katie for some suggestions on how I could improve and she gave me some really great recommendations. She always walks around the studio and makes sure we're using the correct form which is so important to strengthen your practice! I highly recommend taking Katie's class!
