I attended a yoga adjustment workshop with Sandra. It was very well structured, interactive, 5 hours went very fast and I feel I learned a lot in a very short amount of time, in a safe and relaxed environment. I definitely recommend training with Sandra.

Loved it! My first Hot Yoga, a different effect, leaving me feeling cleansed. The Ice Plunge was such fun, a real experience, that I won't forget!! You really do feel amazing afterwards. A lovely experience to do with a friend, but you could so do it alone, as everyone is so friendly. Booking this is a must!
