We invited Sandra to run a chair-based yoga and mindfulness session for our team as part of our World Mental Health Day activities, and she was fantastic. The session was engaging, relaxing, and perfectly suited to an office setting. Sandra’s energy and calm approach made everyone feel comfortable, and the feedback from staff was positive.

I attended a yoga adjustment workshop with Sandra. It was very well structured, interactive, 5 hours went very fast and I feel I learned a lot in a very short amount of time, in a safe and relaxed environment. I definitely recommend training with Sandra.
