Suffering with menopause, I decided to try Yoga again after not practicing since my college days & WOW I've already noticed my energy level up, depression lifting, sleeping better, & just overall feeling better in mind, body & spirit! I've practiced yoga at many a studio over the years and this is my FAVE! The instructors and the owner are so caring, challenging, kind and fun. Great place for all levels-they will meet you where you are. They also do some really cool workshops/events that are unique. Highly recommend!
