I absolutely feel like this place is a hidden gem of Fleming island. This is where I go to feel peace and get a good work out or a night of relaxation. Andrea the owner is the sweetest and kindest also. She cares about the people who come. Each teacher and class has its own special spin on yoga. I can’t rave about it enough! I also met my significant other in class and it’s been a love story ever since!
After not being in a yoga studio in a while I appreciate the thoughtful instruction at Yoga Den Fleming Island. The instructors and community members are warm and inviting. Live music Yin & Nidra class on Thursday night is something special, and now my favorite way to wind down the week. I highly recommend this delightful studio.

I’m a recent convert to the idea of Yoga…and to my great surprise I’ve found that I genuinely enjoy it. I’m not the average practitioner, I’m an over 50 retiree, who spent 30 yrs in the military and law enforcement- I didn’t think Yoga was for me. But as I aged, and grew ever more inflexible( emotionally AND physically) I realized that I needed to take action. Yoga Den is a wonderful place to practice yoga. I was on a 5 month assignment and this made my time in Jacksonville so enjoyable. The teachers are welcoming and very passionate about their craft. The Yin Nidra class with live music was new for me and was exceptional.
