I absolutely love Yoga Den, especially the Avondale location! Every instructor I’ve taken a class with has been exceptional. You can tell they not only care deeply about their craft but also genuinely care about each individual student’s well-being. It has been too long... After a 5 year layoff - I took in a "Mind Body" class at Yoga Den / Avondale on Sunday. The class was perfect. Kevin (the Yogi) was perfect. And every student was welcoming. I still don't understand why I took so long to go back to yoga practice - but glad my 1st class back was with Kevin

I've tried many local dens and the Yoga Den franchise (?) is great. All locations are clean and the instructors are great. Passport membership is where it's at! They're all over the city.

I was introduced to yoga through a friend that took me to the Avondale as a guest. Needless to say, I signed up immediately and really appreciated the difference my mind, body, and souls felt after each class. I have to shout out Devon, Isla, and Patricia- they are amazing instructors that constantly demonstrate their love and appreciation to the practice. They do have a lot of different class times/options if you have the travel pass. I am hoping that they find an instructor that prefers 6am or earlier to be able to attend ... read more
