Yoga Cowgirl 2022 was simply amazing. Naomi created an incredible weekend that hit all the spots. The balance of yoga, trail riding, embracing the wonders of nature in the beautiful Bulkley Valley, spa treatments, and practicing mindfulness was perfect. She peppered the weekend with all kinds of little treats and surprises that kept us on our toes and entertained! Naomi at Yoga Cowgirl is an excellent yoga instructor. I have joined her zoom instructions over Covid and found them very relaxing, insightfully lead and yet challenging (it should be noted I am a beginner). I know she has a lot to offer her patrons. Highly recommend her.
Yoga Cowgirl is the best! i cannot say enough how much joy i get from starting my day with her online yoga classes. Naomi gives her all! She shares insightful stories related to the theme of the days poses. And I love her clear instructions. 5 ⭐️ and two thumbs up and a high 5 from this fan!
I have taken part in a yoga, horseback and wrangling retreat this year and it was everything I could have wanted and so much more. Naomi and her friends provided a safe beautiful place for our yoga practice and the food so delicious and artfully made each day!! The wrangling and horseback riding was well structured and safe with a relaxing ride through hills of wildflowers with a group of lovely ladies out for a great time! Being a part of the Yoga Cowgirl retreat this summer was life change for me. Naomi is a beautiful guide and yoga teacher. Her gentle spirit sets a wonderful welcoming space for everyone to be authentic and to take home exactly what they need in their lives.
