I’ve been a Yoga Box member for almost a year and have loved it! Each class is unique with a new flow and playlist, and every instructor puts their own spin on the workout. I especially like power flow with Camila and Aly, sculpt with Bella and Lyndsay, and any of Lindsey’s classes!

My sister took this class, and what happened was completely unacceptable. She was trying to step out to get some air because she was beginning to feel faint. Instead of asking if she was okay or checking on her, the yoga instructor yelled at her for trying to leave. My sister then passed out, and the instructor’s response was to continue yelling at her rather than showing any concern for her safety or asking if she needed help. My GF took this class... she was trying to explain what happened but it wouldn't let her. Lindsey was the instructor and she was completely careless. She told her that it was her first class like this and she didn't even let her know it was going to be high intensity. The add mentioned low impact. Anyway, she begin to pass out and had to walk out. YogaBox has been a real blessing during my time here in Colorado caring for my mom after my dad's death. All of the instructors have been great, and the studio is incredibly convenient to get to. Thanks so much! Four stars because I could do with a little quieter music, but that's just a me thing!
