I’m so happy that YB is in the neighborhood. Every instructor brings something different, and the classes are always challenging and motivating in a good way. For the sculpt classes, I enjoy going to Molly, Sophia, Natalie, Kira’s classes and you cannot go wrong with any of the flow instructors. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a fun, energizing workout.

Love this place! Very challenging but all the instructors still make the environment so enjoyable that it makes it worth it. Great music too!
I literally joined this gym about 15 days ago and at 57. I have to say the workouts are very intense. The instructors are all very good. You come out of there feeling very strong and like you just accomplish something I would definitely recommend this workout.
