Chelsea’s power flow vinyasa class was amazing! I don’t do yoga often, and felt really welcomed/at home at this studio! Staff were so friendly to me as a first-timer and Chelsea was such a great and inclusive instructor! Got a GREAT challenge out of her class & felt awesome after :)

Great instructors, playlists are excellent, super clean. Parking can be tough - it's street parking so make sure to get a bit early. Otherwise, awesome experience and definitely recommend.
