Making my way back into yoga after a long hiatus, I was looking for somewhere with hot classes in the neighborhood. YogaBox did not disappoint. I did my three free classes and gladly signed up for a monthly pass after that. Almost all the classes are hot, and they primarily offer power vinayasa or vinyasa sculpt. I’ve been going here for about 2 months now and have really enjoyed it! The classes are challenging, but the instructors never push people beyond their own comfort levels (everyone has the freedom to go at their own pace). Also, even though it’s a hot yoga studio, I’ve never felt uncomfortably hot. The vibe of the studio is a huge part of what makes it so enjoyable.
