Love, love this location! Parking is great, the studio is large and feels well taken care of. Kiya is the BEST!! She literally takes time and energy out of her day to bring her students cold lavender towels, which she just one day decided to do. Her love for her classes are fr! Her energy is consistently fun and upbeat and I'm always sweatin' and sore for days after. Take a Kiya class!!
Great classes, easy to schedule and a good variety daily. Kiya is my favorite teacher. Her sculpt classes are so fun and full of energy and she’s doing the workout alongside you which is so empowering. Highly recommend this studio!
I recently completed my 15th class with YogaBox, and I can't believe there was a life before this because now I can't imagine a life without it. The classes themselves are amazing - they are the perfect amount of challenging, and I appreciate that you can go at your own pace regardless of your level. I go Tuesdays and Thursdays with Maddy - she's the best!! Started a membership for YogaBox last year and I’m so so grateful that I did. I have found so much strength within myself through this space and their classes Rylie C. is definitely my favorite instructor! She is always so supportive, uplifting, and plays the best music. I also appreciate that she knows her students by name and will encourage you during her classes. She is so sweet! I also love Rachel K.
