Best yoga studio I have been to- instructors, music, and people are all so great! Have been coming here for over a year now and definitely will continue! Alyssa is my favorite sculpt instructor !! Go take a class !
I love this location! The recovery restorative class taught by Brittany is the absolute best. She brings in sound bowls, chimes, and even her playlist is fire. She is so helpful and has such great energy. I always feel aligned and so much lighter after her class. The Power Vinyasa flow is 2nd favorite class and Kayla is my favorite teacher for that class! Her playlist hits and this class kicks my ass in the best ways. Right next to the beach so I love taking walks before and after class.
Best yoga studio ever!!!! I love their sculpt classes (especially Savanna and Alyssa’s) the room is heated to 95ish degrees and the classes are always fun, different, challenging and rewarding!
I am so obsessed with coming here, it’s the highlight of my day! The staff is friendly, welcoming and talented at what they do. I haven’t taken a class I didn’t love, every instructor is great at making their class theirs. I have especially had AMAZING classes with Lauren, Kelsey, Stephanie, Alyssa, Madeline, Yvonne and Brittany! A yoga studio is made great by their instructors and I’m grateful to flow with each of them :)
KB is a fantastic instructor! Be ready to sweat! She doesn’t play around she’s ready for you to join her is good and healthy movement!
