I started with 3 free trial classes and loved it. I love doing the sculpt classes. Tgey make me sweat and get an amazing workout in.

Power vinyasa with Lacee P was perfect for a Sunday morning. The class featured a nice mix of energizing flows, balancing sequences and grounding stretching. I definitely felt like I got a good workout in.
