I love the yoga sculpt classes here! All of the instructors are super welcoming and make the classes so much fun and challenging!
It was a full class and the energy was fantastic! NY only comment would be that the instructor went really quick before I could nail the form down. Very nice facility though and the instructors always have the best energy and inspirational pep talks

They are the best classes I have ever had, they help me to relax and be with a lot of energy, I recommend them to everyone who wants to join.
Yoga Box is, for me, the best hot yoga class I’ve experienced. The instructor explains everything clearly, making it easy to follow and really connect with the practice. The environment is clean, with low lighting and calming music — exactly what I look for in a restorative Friday session.
