Visited for the first time and felt right at home. Scheduling the class was super easy and the free trial is perfect for a newbie. Parking was easy and the phoenix location is easy to get to. I experienced Betsy as the instructor for the sound bath class which was both relaxing and energizing. I highly recommend!

They have the perfect classes for my inexperienced body. I can't wait to work up to some of the more intense sessions in the future. The monthly membership is affordable and was a great gift for my daughter who is a new mom and in need of quality self care time. The instructors all have their own style but each has been helpful and kind.

Yoga box in Arcadia is truly the best! I have been loving their 60 minute sculpt classes because they offer a challenging workout that always leaves you feeling satisfied. All the instructors are super friendly and the studio has a great environment overall. The music and LED lights inside also make the workouts fun and motivating. I definitely recommend if you are looking for a new studio to try!
