Michelle is an excellent Yoga instructor. She creates an environment that is comforting and relaxing. She knows her Yoga stuff and teaches it in a way that's fun, yet effective. I leave her class feeling better physically, mentally and spiritually.
I have been attending Michele's class for about one year and absolutely love every aspect of her classes. Michele has a great ability to guide us through the postures with clear, easy-to-follow instructions. She is also very mindful of everyone's level, offering modifications for beginners while still providing challenges for more advanced students. Highly recommend attending one of Michele's yoga classes. Side note - she has excellent music selection!
