After only a couple weeks using the YAX Online program, our daughter could feel her mobility improving. my FAVOURITE place to workout/do yoga. Have been going here since 2017 & love every minute of it. Patricia and Kalynn, the owners, are thoughtful, thorough, and care deeply about both their business and their clients. There is something available for all skill levels, athletes or otherwise, and they make sure to create a non-judgemental space that is welcoming and empowering.
