I go to Denise’s classes each time I’m at the beach! It’s a gentle flow so it’s great for all age groups and levels of yoga. Her classes are one of the most healing classes I’ve ever been to- not just because it’s on the beach(although that doesn’t hurt), but because of how grounded and intuitive of a teacher she is. Denise really feels the group while she’s teaching.
