Palma was incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that the session was tailored to my specific needs, especially my shoulders which I had problems with. She created a welcoming and supportive environment, making the class both enjoyable and beneficial for my body. I felt truly cared for and left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend!
