Jen is a fantastic instructor! She is knowledgeable, confident in her teaching and creates an environment suited for both beginners and those practicing for years. I loved her energy and left each class feeling restored and relaxed after also working up a good sweat. I can’t wait for class to start up again!

Jen is positive and calming force. My whole family ranging from age 65 to 5 years old enjoyed doing yoga with her. I would highly recommend her to all ages and yoga levels. Can't wait to be up north with her again this summer!

I met Jen many years ago at her family business, the clothing store Simple Chic in Port Carling. We have worked together in various capacities and she’s super positive and resourceful. She’s always trying to bring local businesses together through free community yoga events she organizes. Jen was amazing! She came to our dock and did a class with us. I have done yoga in the past but not for awhile. She made sure to ask us about injuries or restrictions before we started. The class was relaxing and fun. Would 10/10 do a class with her again!!

We absolutely love Jen! We learned about her last summer, in Muskoka, and gave it a try. We ended up booking her 3 times a week, for the whole summer, so much we enjoyed her classes. She is super knowledgeble, has a great ability to connect, a wonderful energy and personality, and most importantly to me, a great attention to detail.
