I had the pleasure of attending one of Jen’s Muskoka Wellness Workshops last summer. Jen is a warm, joyful and thoughtful teacher. Her yoga sequences are easy to follow and she’s always on hand to gently guide your postures if needed. I appreciate the personal attention that comes with a small class size. And you can’t beat the option to have personalized sessions on your dock! Pure Magic.
Jen's class is both dynamic, introspective and in the most gorgeous space in Port Carling. Her class will leave you feeling strong, connect and high vibe!
I’ve had so many great experiences doing yoga with Jen. She is an incredible instructor! She also is always able to focus on every individual in the room and always was willing to make adjustments to match each persons needs. So excited to continue to take classes with her in the future 👍
If you’re looking for Yoga in Cottage Country, look no further! Working on a couple unique yoga events together, they are very professional and customer focused. We hosted a “yoga on the dock” and many yogi joined us as Jen and her team lead an amazing lesson. The exercise went amazing and the people who attended couldn’t have been happier. It was nice to see the instructors interacting with their clientele before, during and after - and offer a level or expertise I’ve never seen.
Always Organized and on time with thoughtful readings and wonderful classes ! Just fantastic !
