I had the misfortune of having my garage door spring fail on me. It was a Saturday morning and Yoel arrived in a timely manner to assess my problem. He left and his technician, Orlando, arrived within an hour and fixed everything. I also had a dated garage door opener which was extremely loud. Having talked to Orlando, he told me the price and I decided to update the garage door opener as well because he had everything with him and he could do it the very same day. I needed two new remotes programmed. Called a few other competitors and one quoted $90 and another came out without knowing what the cost was. He haggled and I told him I wouldn't pay over $50. He tried to program the two remotes, couldn't do it so he got a remote from his truck, still didn't work. He told me I needed a new receiver which meant a new garage opener costing $575. Lies!! Very pleased with this company. Our house is on the market and I needed someone to make repairs asap. Yoel’s gave me an estimate the day after I called and replaced both garage door openers the following day. They were on time, professional and customer service was excellent.
