The Yoder rep came to our house, took measurements, showed us the catalog, answered our questions, and let us decide which fence would look best and meet our needs -- all without typical sales call pressure. (There were no "buy today" specials.) The Yoder installers were very professional and courteous. They left the install area cleaned up and ready for us to put out the rug and furniture.
