Easy to work with and fair prices. Sales team does an excellent job getting into the details and answers every question I had.
We built a home with Yoder and Sons and it was an excruciating experience. He seemed really nice when we first met him, but once you sign the contract everything changes. He is cruel and mean-spirited and you cant get a hold if him. It took 3 years and he purposefully dragged his feet on things for months at a time just to save himself a dime.
