We had a great home building experience with Yoder & Sons. They were extremely professional and the craftsmanship was beyond our expectations. We built a 3000 sq ft custom home and they had excellent attention to detail and kept the project moving. They had great recommendations for building supplies- only the highest quality suppliers. Had a custom home built by Yoder and Sons LLC and could not be happier with the result. The project included a tear-down of a pre-existing house, design of the new house, landscaping, and build. I had wonderful interactions with everyone at the company from the administrative assistant, the project manager, the construction crew and Jay himself. We hired Yoder and Sons to build a custom home in Rehoboth Beach. At first, when you meet Yoder, he is very nice and seems like he will be a good partner in building a home. This changes dramatically once you sign the paperwork and are trapped in a very difficult situation.
