We built a home with Yoder and Sons and it was an excruciating experience. He seemed really nice when we first met him, but once you sign the contract everything changes. He is cruel and mean-spirited and you cant get a hold if him. It took 3 years and he purposefully dragged his feet on things for months at a time just to save himself a dime. We recently completed a renovation of our home with Yoder and Sons. The project started out as a small dining room addition and kitchen remodel, but quickly turned into a full house remodel (except the bathrooms). In addition to new kitchen and dining room, we ended up replacing all the windows (they needed it), replaced all the flooring, repaired all drywall and painted entire interior, added a beautiful screened in back porch, replaced the stairs and railings, upgraded the fireplace and added stone facing to it. In 2013 Yoder & Sons built our home , 300 Sandalwood St , in downtown Rehoboth Beach. From planning to completion the build was seamless. Jay Yoder built us a home that was the highest quality at an affordable price. He communicated regularly, followed through on plans, and showed a high level of integrity and honesty throughout.
