Have been in one of their rentals for about 6 months now. Have not had any problems with them. They have stuck with the lease agreement. When a work order has been requested. They stay in contact and sent out their maintenance, sometimes this may take a little bit to get started) but all in all. Very happy with them.
Do not rent from these people, they WILL try to get every penny out of you!!!
