Horrible customer service. Needs to hire a secretary.
David Yoder, did exceptional on replacing damage septic/sewer line in Bella Vista. I highly recommend him for excellent service in finding and totally fixing the problem with urgency!
Mr. Yoder, doesn’t pump tanks, but he was happy to give me some good advice on things to check before assuming a pump out was what I needed.
He came out to our property when he wasn’t given permission. Started digging up our septic system, cut the PVC pipe leading to the actual septic tank and left when homeowners told him we were never furthering our services with him. He wasn’t supposed to be doing any work at our house anyway. Now stuck with water draining into the the side of the yard.
Website said he open at 7am but at 7am was still in bed. Was told he had allergies and couldn’t help me with pumping septic, as mine was over flowing. I would not waste your time calling, seems like he might not be willing to help.
