I worked with them for 3 years now and will be switching to a different service. I was charged over $1000 for my 2019 return (only "out of the ordinary" situation I can think was income from 2 employers in two states - not sure that justifies a bill of that extend). I questioned why the bill was so high and was told I communicated too much with my CPA - what a weird response ... Wow. Called and the idiot lady that picked up without even ringing is sadly the CPA and is condescending and clearly can't handle normal social skills with no knowledge of basic tax question. Found plenty others of good service.
Love working with Yoder. Shelli is amazing and always helpful. Couldn't have done it without her. Currently AP at Tahoe Fracture & Orthopedic and have worked with Shelli now for 3-1/2 years but she has been working with TFOC for around 30 years. Everyone that works with her loves her says she is so helpful. No complaints here!
