An absolute must go place if you are in the area! The food is unique and amazing. The atmosphere is fantastic and everyone was super friendly. A perfect resturaunt in my opinion.
A unique concept eatery featuring fish bone broth and sustainable dining. The food is delicious... don't be put off by the idea of fish bone broth. Nothing is remotely fish-tasting unless you add seafood as a protein. On the menu are rich fish or vegetable broths in a variety of soup configurations. I had the Hang Ten soup twice, once with chicken but preferred the soup with delicate white wild halibut. My wife had Yodeling once and Dungeness Bay once, both were excellent.
