Excellent service. Said 3 weeks, and 3 weeks they were installed. Nice people from order to install. We will do more windows next year. These shutters are actually white and all heavy vinyl. Love you can close part or all. They open for window cleaning or opening. If opening, just open the window, close th shutter and open the louvers. The air flows in.
