I had an appointment here with Dr.Sachenko. Everything went well she answered all my questions and explained my test results. She is a very kind and pleasant doctor. The waiting time plus the appointment took a little over an hour. The front desk staff were also very nice and helpful.

I had a frustrating experience with the front office staff. I called to help schedule an appointment for my mother, who does not speak English, and was told they could not assist due to HIPAA concerns. Helping schedule an appointment at a patient’s request is not a HIPAA violation, as no protected health information is disclosed. My mother was later contacted and informed that the doctor declined to see her due to prior cancellations.
