Staff is beyond friendly, BUT.....I took my instrument in for a calibration and a cleaning. Cleaned yes calibrated no which that was the most important part of the deal. I've had the service performed elsewhere a few years ago so I know what to look for. #1 I always set up and level the tripod before I screw on the instrument and straight out of the box the bubbles weren't level like it was from the other service provider. #2 my instrument rocks back and forth where it swivels indicating its loose somewhere.
