Those who know me completely understand it is not typical for me to write a review especially one that is negative. I do feel compelled to share my experience with Yoakum Glass Company. I too work in the service industry and we live by referrals. I was given a referral to Yoakum for a front windshield replacement. I had just cleaned and waxed the car top to bottom so was extremely aware of its condition when installation began. They worst customer service and not to mention the quality of the glass they use it the cheapest on the market. Way over charging then the rest. Main guy had a horrible attitude

Had my driver window busted out. Called them got a quote with a 45minute service time. Not only did the price out the door match the quote but the service was extremely fast and efficient. Have had glass replaced before and was left with the mess of broken glass and a higher charge than quoted. Yoakum not only provided me with a replacement but they cleaned up the mess I had in my car and made sure to get the broken glass out of my door panel. Definitely recommend.

Guys came out first thing in the morning. Was very nice and knocked it out under 30 minutes. Lots of communication about the warranty and care for the new windshield. Would definitely use them again.
