Old , needs to be updated , they have a sign up that says you need to request housekeeping, didn’t even mention that when I checked in so 2 days went by without it. Then when I asked for it . They still didn’t come the next morning. Horrible service and outdated.
Service in the bar was good. Front desk was great. The rooms are old and our sink literally fell out of the vanity. Pool was also closed for some reason. Staff is great though.
The room is ok. The chair in the room I would not sit in. The hallways are in need of repair. The ice machine needs to be replaced. It works but there is a lot of duct tape. The room was clean and pretty.
Great place to stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Will definitely stay again.
Our go to when in Kerrville. Great price. Great rustic style hotel. Great staff. Restaurant and bar on site. No need to leave. Pool. Some rooms need some touch ups, but nothing serious. Hot water for shower and tub. Amazing hot water on the second floors even.
