The definition of a business that is being run down to ground. Staff is on their phones and could not care less about anything, even though the place has trash everywhere, the tables are very dirty. The actual froyo is good but several toppings ran out, and the staff, unsurprisingly did not replenish.
Staff always seems really antisocial and lazy. The girl employee that served us today did not greet us when we came in, very rude. I thanked the girl at the end and she never responded. My daughter then (because she was raised with manners) said "thank you, have a nice day" only to not be acknowledged at all or responded to. I'm a guy, it doesn't bother me much, but when people are rude to kids, my kid, it rubs me the wrong way. Whoever works today afternoon shift after 12 is really rude.
Says online you close at 9PM but apparently you close at 7:58PM. Both girls behind the counter were very rude to me when I was pointing this out for them. Staff was oddly talking smack to me when I was walking away. Seemed like she went out of her way to escalate quickly. Very odd and off putting.
Horrible service, I call to ask if they have an specific flavor and they hang out on me twice. 10/12/24
