I did everything that was asked of me. I was struggling still after sleep study with medication and couldn’t sleep. I notified through MyChart and I wasn’t contacted until 7 days later. All I asked was to be moved to different Doctor. 3 weeks later after escalating to higher ups was it done. I have moved on since. This is an isolated incident and not a reflection on the institution.
