Forgot to take photos, was too excited to dig in! Fantastic BBQ. I got the brisket and ribs platter with pineapple casserole and the slaw. Everything was perfect. Full flavor, tender, I’ll definitely be back. The pineapple casserole is delicious. Never had anything quite like it or even heard of it before. Highly recommend. They had picnic tables in the shade which was nice, but I did take mine to go.
Gotta try the Texas Twinkies! TO DIE FOR! Found a new BBQ place to keep on my radar.
Really great bbq! Super juicy and moist. My pulled pork sandwich held up really well on the drive home. The pork was tender and delicious. The bun was good as well! I will say as far as sides, the bbq beans were just okay for me. The mac and cheese was the biggest let down. There was hardly any flavor. I do appreciate that it was creamy, not a fan of dry mac and cheese!

I just have to mention those delicious baby back ribs... Oh, yeah! Fall off the bone, and thick n juicy.. So good, they don't even need sauce!
