Yo-Bones catered a wedding for us in July, 2025. We selected Yo-Bones because Rick was accommodating, he said he would take care of everything from setup to cleanup, and he was easy to work with. We weren't disappointed; Rick did all the things he said he would do. For the menu, we had a buffet including salmon, pulled pork, beef brisket, potatoes, mac and cheese, Caesar salad, corn bread and rolls, followed by an assortment of pies for dessert. Edit: After a conversation with the owner directly, I am updating my rating with 1 more star, and I look forward to giving the food another chance. I’ll start with the good… Cornbread was real yummy, and the potato salad was fairly decent. But the pulled pork sandwich was disappointingly dry, with barely any sauce. The bun was good, but dry bread with dry pork and no sauce made for a sad sandwich. I think I just got unlucky with my order today because most of the reviews seem to be positive.

This review is for the food truck at the Rise FC game. The classic mac and cheese was terrible. It was very mushy and flavourless. This review should be one star but I am giving it three because of the employee's superior customer service skills.
