The pharmacist, Pourya, made a serious mistake in vaccinating me with a flu shot without proper consent. I booked an appointment for a COVID vaccine online, walked in, and stated I was there for the COVID vaccine. However, he vaccinated me with 2 needles, both for COVID and the flu.
