Would highly recommend NOT going here. Got a truck 2 months ago and within the first month the transmission went out, it also has dry rotted tires. After taking it to the mechanic we found out the frame is completely rusted out as well. Now we’ve got a $5,000+ bill and have gotten no response from Ynot to see if we could sit down and talk. We’ve had two mechanics in town tell us to never go to Ynot, unfortunately it was after we purchased the vehicle. Gave me keys to test drive before applying temporary plate. Then before I left, Doug took a picture of my car’s VIN and tried opening the door. Beat up Hummer, too.
The Google map will take you to the office location, but most cars are up the street a few hundred feet on the opposite side. I didn't buy here as the truck I was looking at had already sold even though it still appeared on their site. My bad for not calling first. It is recommended that you do call before arriving and make an appointment because of the two places the employees may be. Both folks I spoke to seemed reputable.
I went to Ynot on a emergency need of a vehicle and was welcome by sales Rep Warren and he not only stayed past close too wait for me to arrive, but allowed me to test drive half the cars on the lot until I was happy three hours past closed. He went way above and beyond with a great extended bumper to bumper warranty and it was the best sales experience I have ever experienced yet hands down and the car runs and drives amazing.
