Love the staff from the Pharmists on down!!!!! Nadia & Michelle lead the way with their stellar customer service! Outstanding!!!!
They ask for a 4 hour window to deliver medication, and show up long after, way too often. They're located 40 minutes away from me, and my oncologist can only give me my prescription through them. My insurance requires a signature from me to their courier, so I'm basically stuck for 6 hours on the day my prescription is delivered. I've called to discuss this issue with them, and they told me that they were very sorry, but - which is not a legit apology, and then go on to explain that I'm not the only one who they deliver to ... read more
