I honestly don’t even know where to start. I called the YNHH Blood Drawing Station (2560 Dixwell Ave) to confirm if they had the proper facility for blood collection in toddlers and infants, including a 6-month-old. They told me yes, so I took my children there. For my toddler, they used an adult blood collection needle instead of a butterfly needle, which is more suitable for kids. Very kind and professional (phlebotomists, intern, and front desk staff) for my baby's 1 year blood draw. They asked about how she would be msot comfortable and talked us through the process and did their best to make it the least stressful it can be. Short wait and smooth check in as well.
Good experience everytime!
Don't bring your children here! Horrible experience ! Long Warf may not have much parking but pediatric care is gentle care.
