Came in for a simple wash and blow-dry. Somehow, that turned into a five-hour ordeal. Yes, five hours. For a wash and blow-dry. Impressive in all the wrong ways.The salon claims to accept walk-ins, but once you’re there, you’re told they “always” require appointments. That would’ve been useful information before walking in. I have been coming to this salon for the past six months, and I can honestly say the service has been consistently excellent every single time. Yngrid and Isabel are skilled, attentive, and truly care about delivering great results. I always leave feeling confident with my hair. While there can sometimes be a wait , it is absolutely worth it because the quality of the service
I used to come here all the time when i was little but recently they had new people working and I went in and wanted a straighten and a cut. first it’s now twice the price it used to be, and second they treated me like a toy. I felt i was in and out and they didn’t treat my hair with the same respect as they used to. I ended up getting heat damage and I am very very dissatisfied by that.
Got a great wash here no blowdry but not worth $20 for just a wash. Sorry thats ridiculous...
