Editing my review, as I’m quite disappointed in the customer service regarding canceling my membership. I’ve now sent 3 emails to the address they listed on their site about cancellations. No response at all.. while I’ll leave my review about Jocelyn’s great service below, I’m disappointed to say the least, any response would have been appreciated.
