Had him install gutters on 2 buildings about 6 months ago. Will not return my calls to explain why he made one side impossible to access for cleaning. I paid him extra to do cutting necessary to do so, however, with all the heavy rains lately I've noticed the water runs right off the roof into the ground completely bypassing the gutters. On non-rainy days leaves get in (which I was aware would happen) but his installation and lack of cutting makes it impossible to reach the gutter without a complete disassembly.
