When first coming to YMS PC I was terrified of going to the Dr. Dr Kaup and staff took the time to make me comfortable. They have become good friends over time. My quality of life has vastly improved since coming to this practice.
Girlfriend and I were in the lobby waiting for the front desk staff to let the doctor know she was there, and instead of doing that they were gossiping with a patient who was discussing how her son should be able to bring a gun to school and have it in his senior pictures bc it's a "way of life" in Tennessee. For the record, my girlfriend IS from Tennessee, and it may be a "way of life" but they still don't let you do that stuff.
