I’m rating the overall customer service because the tech that would do my nails is not associated with the customer service. I WAS a regular until one day that I had an appointment at 9am. I’m almost there and I get a call from my babies daycare that he threw up and had a sudden fever. I messaged the salon via IG since when I got the call from the daycare the salon was not open.
