The YMCA itself is great. Lots to offer between classes and the pool. Great and friendly staff when they were open. However, they have continued to charge me after the cancellation of my account. Not to mention that they continued to charge members throughout quarantine without offering alternative services or a chance to put the account on hold. I think there is room for improvement on the administrative end.
